Get a piece of paper, write down the goals:
1. Be accountable: an informal contract with friends and family can be helpful
2. Be realistic: step by step
3. Reach out to outdoor
4. Why not set up a phone-free zone at home
5, Co-use devices. Interact with kids when screens are involved.
